The Korofeigu Farmer's Cooperative Society is located in the Bena Bena Valley of the Eastern Highlands. Since the 1950's, coffee has become the most important crop in this area.
Notes of caramel, citrus and cranberry with a full, syrupy body and juicy acidity. A full flavoured arabica with great body.
Recently the New Guinea Highlands Coffee Exports, the organisation from which this coffee comes, began helping farmers to become certified organic. This coffee is the result of this, as well as providing work on HIV/AIDS prevention, gender equality awareness, coffee husbandry, financial management and standards for certification.
