Introducing the V60 Coffee Maker

This month I want to tell you about a new coffee maker we have in stock.

The Hario V60 coffee maker can brew incredibly tasty coffee in 3 minutes. 

It is a great coffee maker for use with speciality coffee with a single origin, as it can produce incredibly clear flavours and aromas. 

This means you can enjoy the subtlest differences in the single origin coffee we sell. 

With a v60, you'll be able to achieve a wide variety of quality extractions, some of which can highlight characteristics like the acidity or depth of flavour.  

The variables which can be adjusted are the following:

• The Brew ratio (The ratio of roasted coffee to water.)
• The Grind - We recommend selecting filter or Aeropress ( more contact time)
• The Temperature of the water 
• The Contact Time or the rate in which you add water 

You'll find using the v60 becomes an enjoyable, speedy ritual for the production of a clean-tasting strong coffee.
